Store Guidelines
Ascend Performance Centre currently ships Australia wide using reliable carriers, including Australia Post.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your order confirmation.
During new releases, promotions or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
At this time, we primarily focus on domestic shipping within Australia. If you are located outside of Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us directly to discuss international shipping options.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate. If an incorrect address is supplied and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.
While we take every reasonable step to ensure your order arrives safely, Ascend Performance Centre is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will gladly assist you in lodging a claim with the courier where possible.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
We offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.
To be eligible for a size exchange, items must:

Be returned within 14 days of delivery;

Be unworn and unwashed;

Have all original tags attached;

Be free from marks, odours and damage;

Be returned in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct size before purchasing by referring to our size guide.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning and exchanging items unless an incorrect item has been supplied by Ascend Performance Centre.
Sale, promotional and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange unless the item is faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and photographs of the issue.

Ascend Performance Centre does not offer refunds for:

Delayed shipping caused by third-party carriers;

Sale or promotional items.
