Personal Training and Coaching Services

Participation in any exercise or coaching program is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that:

Exercise involves inherent risks of injury and illness.
You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate.
You should seek medical advice before commencing any exercise program if required.
Results are individual and cannot be guaranteed.

Booking In-Person Sessions

All sessions must be booked in advance.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will incur the full session fee and will be deducted from your package or charged accordingly.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice (a no-show) will result in the full session fee being charged.
Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, with the session still concluding at the scheduled time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend Performance Centre, its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, damage or expense arising from:

Participation in our services;
Use of our facilities or equipment;
Reliance on information provided through our website or coaching services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Apparel, Shipping & Returns

All apparel purchases are subject to our separate Shipping & Returns Policy.

We do not offer refunds or change-of-mind returns.
Size exchanges may be available subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before purchasing.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes arising from the use of our website, products or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
