Size Exchanges Only
We understand that sizing can occasionally vary, so we offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.
To be eligible for a size exchange:
Your request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
The item must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair, or any damage.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to them.
If your requested size is unavailable, we will provide a store credit only.
Faulty Items
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if an item is deemed faulty, damaged, or not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
